We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about event planning and eager to gain hands-on experience in coordinating and managing a variety of events. As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of events from initial planning stages through to completion. Responsibilities: Assist with the planning and coordination of various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. Support event logistics, such as venue setup, equipment rental, and transportation arrangements. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all event requirements are met. Manage event registration and guest lists, ensuring accurate and timely records. Prepare event materials, including signage, programs, and promotional items. Qualifications

Requirements Previous experience in event planning or a related field is preferred but not required. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and clients. Ability to work well under pressure and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software is a plus. Additional Information
