Own the functional configuration and process design needed to allow authorized external financial-system providers to access and test approved API and file-based integrations in a non-production environment. Define onboarding, sponsorship, user access, and testing workflows and support functional testing, user acceptance, and operating documentation.

Required Skills/Level Experience:

• Public Trust Clearance
• 5+ years of SAP Concur configuration and implementation experience
• Hands-on experience with Concur Expense, travel and expense controls, reporting, and integrations
• Experience translating requirements into configuration, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Knowledge of identity, access, provider onboarding, and non-production testing concepts
• Working knowledge of Federal Travel Regulation concepts and federal travel operations

Preferred Experience:

• SAP Concur certification preferred
• API, SFTP, or shared-services experience preferred
