Specialist, Corporate Risk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Specialist, Corporate Risk to support day-to-day safety, security, risk management, insurance, and compliance activities across the organization. This role helps assess operational risks, coordinate safety procedures, maintain insurance documentation, and support internal control processes. The Specialist will contribute to implementing practical tools, procedures, and training that help keep staff safe and reduce organizational risk exposure. The position works collaboratively across offices and programs to strengthen compliance, improve preparedness, and support consistent risk management practices. This is a full-time, one-year term position based in Washington, DC, reporting to the Director of Operations. The salary range for this position is $68,000 to $73,000 annually.
