Cath Lab Technician
Location: Miami, FL
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Description: The Cath Lab Technician will play a crucial role in the cardiac catheterization lab, working alongside a skilled team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care during various cardiac procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in procedures including cardiac catheterization, cerebellar angiograms, and stent placements.
- Scrub in for various procedures, ensuring a sterile environment.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other team members to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
- Utilize GE equipment and document procedures using Meditech and MacLab systems.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed, with a maximum of 15 days call during critical periods.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Neuro experience preferred.
- RCIS and ARRT certifications are mandatory.
