The Position

Full time orthopedic position covering clinic in Pontiac at OSF St. James and OR in Bloomington at OSF St. Joseph. 50% clinic, 50% OR. Operate in clinic independently. Support ortho surgeon in OR. Participate in call rotation (not heavy call).

Compensation and benefits

Salary starts at 115k and goes up for experience (don't freak out there are incentives and call pay). Quality incentive up to 10% of salary per year. Call pay in addition to salary (client will explain on intro call). Comprehensive benefit plan. Sign on / relocation on a case by case basis.
