What You’ll Do

\n

As a Bilingual Residential Field Sales Representative , you will:

\n

\n
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets
\n
• Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and community outreach
\n
• Manage customer accounts, proactively resolving issues and coordinating deliveries
\n
• Present tailored, solution-driven proposals to help customers succeed
\n
• Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and customer needs
\n
• Spend time in the field cultivating and strengthening customer relationships
\n

\n

What You Bring

\n

You may be a great fit if you:

\n

\n
• Have 1+ years of sales or business development experience , preferably in construction or industrial supply
\n
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
\n
• Excel in both verbal and written communication; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must
\n
• Are mechanically inclined and knowledgeable about tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies
\n
• Have an established network in the industry or a strong ability to build one
\n
• Are self-motivated , solution-oriented, and detail-driven
\n
• Can lift 50 lbs regularly , and up to 100 lbs occasionally
\n

\n

Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

\n
