Phlebotomist
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for a patient service center in Pleasant Grove, Utah, performing blood collections and specimen processing. The role operates Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with opportunities for growth and a quarterly incentive bonus program.
Responsibilities
- Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques across all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately and timely
- Prepare specimens for testing and process billing information
- Provide customer service and perform administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification from accredited program or 1+ years phlebotomist experience
- Pass standardized color blindness test
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
- Proven customer service track record
