Manufacturing Engineering Team Support

This position will support Manufacturing Engineering Team as part of three team staff on shift support. 85-90% of role will be on floor supporting equipment problems and breakdowns. Will involve working closely with UAW skilled members to coach, support, and troubleshoot issues. Remainder of time will be used to improve processes on equipment and robots. Work any shift as needed in a rotating shift environment. 12 hours shifts (7a-7p OR 7p-7a) on 2-2-3 shift. May rotate day/night every 10 weeks.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LOUISVILLE, KY.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $44.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
