The HVAC Service Coordinator supports commercial maintenance operations by coordinating service schedules, dispatching technicians, and maintaining clear communication with customers and field teams. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role primarily manages phone and email coordination while maintaining continuous communication with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery and accurate work order documentation.

Responsibilities Schedule commercial HVAC maintenance and service activities. Dispatch technicians according to service needs and availability. Coordinate with customers primarily by phone and email. Maintain continuous communication with technicians throughout service activities. Manage and update work orders accurately. Coordinate parts required for scheduled service work. Prepare and maintain service documentation.

Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in HVAC service coordination. Experience with HVAC service management software. Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Excel. Work order management experience. Dispatch coordination experience. Strong communication and time management skills. Bilingual English/Spanish
