On behalf of our client, Noor Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Human Resource Onsite Representative to support our temporary workforce onsite at a client’s call center to begin immediately. In this role, you’ll act as the onsite liaison between the client, our staffing team, and employees—helping with onboarding, recruitment, timekeeping, employee relations, and daily HR operations. The pay range for this position is $60,000-$65,000.
What You’ll Do- Welcome new hires and assist with onboarding, badging and all HR paperwork.
- Support employees with timecards, payroll questions, and policy guidance.
- Partner with client management on attendance and staffing needs.
- Communicate and collaborate with client management to ensure timely HR processes and support
- Track and report HR activity to the agency’s corporate HR team.
- Help foster a positive and compliant work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred; experience in a staffing, call center, or high-volume environment a plus
- Willingness to consent to the background check and identity-proofing process for U.S. federal employees and contractors to obtain a smart-card badge used for secure access to government facilities and IT networks,
- Knowledge of HR practices, onboarding, recruitment and employment compliance (I-9s, new hire paperwork, employee relations)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to build relationships with employees, managers, and clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems or portals (experience with applicant tracking or onboarding platforms preferred)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Dependable and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing needs or schedules
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- All candidates must be able willing to consent to and successfully complete any required background screening prior to starting work. Screenings are conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced or noisy environment, particularly during high-volume staffing or event periods.
