Job Title: Early Childhood Special Education Teacher Pay Range: $50-60/hour Job Description: Up to $60+/hour | Aurora, CO | Full-Time | Early Childhood Caseload| 2026-2027 School Year Position Details: Starting August 2026 for the entire school year Support preschool-aged students (ages 3-5) with a variety of developmental and educational needs Full-Time, 1.0 FTE Monday-Friday schedule About the Role Hello ECSE Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Teacher to support young learners in Aurora, CO. In this role, you'll provide specialized instruction and early intervention services that help preschool students build foundational academic, communication, social-emotional, adaptive, and behavioral skills. This position is ideal for an educator who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful learning experiences for young children.
