What Is Needed To Be Part Of Our Team Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field, five years of restaurant experience with at least two years of supervisor or management experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations is a strong plus. Must be able to obtain and maintain alcohol and food handling certifications.
