Civil Engineer / Site Development Engineer Kansas City Area | $100,000 - $140,000 + Performance Bonus

• Prepare civil site development plans and construction documents
• Design grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, and roadway improvements
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and drafting
• Coordinate with municipalities, clients, and internal project teams
• Assist with permitting, entitlement, and development approval processes
• Support projects from concept through construction Qualifications:
• 3+ years of civil engineering or site development experience
• Experience with land development, grading, drainage, utilities, or roadway design
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
