Clinical Account Executive - Multiple Myeloma - Wilmington, DE

Field-based clinical account executive role focused on Multiple Myeloma in Delaware and surrounding areas. The position combines clinical expertise with strategic account planning to drive patient outcomes and business objectives across a defined territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and key healthcare stakeholders
- Deliver clinically sound, compliant customer engagements demonstrating deep scientific expertise
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate customer experiences and optimize territory performance using data and analytics
- Maintain compliance with company policies, operating principles, and healthcare industry credentialing requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience
- Oncology or hematology experience, preferably Multiple Myeloma
- Competitive selling skills and demonstrated account management ability
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening and safe driving requirements
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancy experience strongly preferred
