What You’ll Do Perform full‑cycle accounting responsibilities Complete bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations Manage and support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Assist with month‑end close process Payroll light HR and Onboarding Prepare and analyze financial statements Maintain and review balance sheet accounts Support financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial data Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze and report financial information Partner with leadership on financial insights and process improvements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle accounting experience Strong experience with: Bank & credit card reconciliations Month‑end close Financial statement preparation AR/AP processes Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Desire to grow into an Assistant Controller or Controller role High attention to detail and accountability Experience in home services, construction, or field service industries is a plus $75,000–$80,000 annual salary Bonus potential opportunity Full benefits package including: Health insurance (including a company‑paid option) Dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off + paid holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities Requirements Must be able to pass a background check Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen Why Join Sergeant’s Electric?
