Uses pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information to process prescriptions. Monitors medication inventory levels and places orders to restock. Develops strong relationships with colleagues and customers. Supports pharmacological services by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level, placing and expediting orders, reading medication orders and prescriptions, preparing labels, calculating quantities, compounding sterile and non-sterile products, and other pharmaceutical therapies. Adheres to all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulations. Complies with all record keeping related to controlled substances and maintains all inventories. Demonstrates and maintains competency with pharmacy equipment and duties. Answers the phone and attends to customer needs in a timely manner. Assists with orientation and training of new pharmacy colleagues. Maintains adequate inventory of prescription and/or over the counter products in the designated areas. High School Diploma/GED Good math skills needed for counting, measuring, and weighing medications. Basic computer skills. RPT - Registered Pharmacy Technician - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire 1 year pharmacy technician experience

• Knowledge of inventory control.
• Knowledge of brand name/generic medications.
