Description

We're looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You'll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic building systems.
• Ability to identify and diagnose maintenance issues, including water leaks and equipment malfunctions.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders, access rooftops, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and well-maintained community.
