At Hilton Mystic, we are seeking a dedicated and personable Guest Service Agent to join our team in Mystic, CT. This role is integral to creating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and professional first impression of Hilton Mystic.
• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any reservation inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and payments.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and reservation software.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
