M&A Lawyer - SF

Eden Rose is working with a nationally recognized Top 20 law firm that is seeking an experienced M&A Lawyer to join its expanding Corporate practice in SF/Palo Alto The firm advises leading private equity sponsors, public companies, and strategic investors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex M&A transactions from inception through closing Draft, negotiate, and review acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documents Structure transactions to align with client commercial and regulatory objectives Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across tax, finance, employment, and regulatory practices Conduct and oversee legal due diligence and risk assessments Advise boards, sponsors, and executives on strategic transactional matters Supervise and mentor junior associates Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar Association 2+ years of experience in M&A at a leading law firm Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills Experience handling middle-market and large-cap transactions Excellent client-facing and leadership capabilities Portable business or demonstrated client-development ability is a plus Its a great opportunity for someone looking to get instant hands on experience running deals. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Los Angeles County Bar Association - LACBA
