NICU RN Care Manager: Coordinated Transitions & Care

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Care Manager to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at the Burnet Campus. The RN Care Manager coordinates complex care, supports families during hospitalization and transition home, and collaborates with physicians, social work, therapy, case management, and other teams to remove barriers to care. This on-site, Monday–Friday day-shift role is 1.0 FTE with occasional weekend coverage and rotating holiday call. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cincinnati Children's
