What You’ll Be Doing In this sales-driven role, you’ll operate in a high-output, phone-first environment and learn to run your own recruitment desk like a business. You will: Source, engage, and headhunt top talent through calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound prospecting Build meaningful candidate relationships, understanding motivations, technical skill sets, and long-term goals Sell relevant job opportunities and manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle Generate high-quality leads, market insight, and commercial intelligence to support the client team Oversee interview processes, feedback cycles, and offer negotiations Work within a high-performing, collaborative team that’s focused on collective success Recruitment is fast-paced, competitive, and financially rewarding; ideal for individuals who thrive in a target-driven, commercial setting.
