Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Days with weekend rotation What you’ll do: Responsible for all Regional Rehabilitation Intake functions including establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, clinically review for appropriateness for admission into Loyola's Post-Acute Rehab Services. The individual conveys a professional and positive image of Loyola Medicine during interactions with patients, families, physicians, staff members, and internal departments.
