Support material planning, MRP stability, and ECO cutovers by coordinating supply, demand, and material master data across manufacturing operations while driving inventory accuracy, planning alignment, and material availability. Responsibilities
- Coordinate ECO releases, material planning, and cutovers to reduce E&O risk and support production schedules.
- Audit and maintain Material Master, yield, scrap, and SAP PPDS/MDG configuration through ERP change processes.
- Monitor MRP stability, perform weekly MRP reviews, allocate shared components, and run material availability simulations.
- Coordinate material planning for new materials, part revisions, SIOP scenarios, and APM management across business units.
- Identify root causes affecting inventory health and implement corrective actions for material planning exceptions.
- Experience with MRP and SAP software.
- Understanding of change control processes.
- Strong forecasting and analytics skills.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a progressive manufacturing environment.
- Four-year degree preferred in Business Management, Logistics, or Engineering; APICS and Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
