Regional Float Pool Registered Nurse

Mercy is seeking an RN Regional Float Pool nurse to deliver exceptional bedside care across multiple Mercy hospitals in the Midwest. In this role, you’ll float between units and facilities based on patient needs, supporting diverse teams in med-surg, step-down, and specialty areas. You’ll perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, manage care plans, and educate patients and families. Mercy offers a collaborative, compassionate culture with robust clinical support, continuous learning, and opportunities to grow your skills across a wide range of specialties.
