SQL Server Database Administrator

We are seeking a mid-level SQL Server DBA with hands-on experience in database creation, administration, and support . The role involves managing SQL Server environments, ensuring performance, availability, security, and reliable backup & recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Create and manage databases, schemas, tables, indexes, and stored procedures
- Perform backups, restores, and routine maintenance activities
- Monitor and tune database performance
- Implement security, access control, and compliance standards
- Support production issues and collaborate with development teams
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Hands-on database creation and administration
- T-SQL, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Backup & recovery, HA/DR exposure preferred
- Always On / Replication / Log Shipping
- Azure SQL or AWS RDS exposure
