Project Manager — Renovation Programs – Houston, TX Our client is a well-established Houston contractor who deliver home repair, renovation, and new construction programs focused on workforce and affordable housing. They are seeking a Project Manager to lead their home repair and renovation programs, reporting directly to senior leadership. About the Role This position oversees a portfolio of home repair and renovation projects typically ranging from $15,000 to $60,000 in scope. This is a hands-on role suited to a Project Manager who is comfortable managing multiple small-to-mid-size projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day execution of home repair and renovation projects from scope through completion Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control across a portfolio of $15K–$60K projects Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trade partners Communicate regularly with homeowners, funding agencies, and internal leadership Support new construction efforts tied to workforce housing initiatives Track program progress and assist with pursuit of additional grant funding Qualifications Prior experience as a Project Manager in residential renovation, home repair, or affordable/workforce housing construction Experience with grant-funded or agency-funded housing programs (e.g., county, USDA, HUD) strongly preferred Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Based in or able to work within the greater Houston area #J-18808-Ljbffr
