Accounting Manager – PE backed environment!Our client is looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager with a strong operational mindset and technical accounting skillset. Someone with prior experience in a PE-backed environment and strong M&A exposure will excel in this position. This is a great opportunity to join an Austin company in a fully remote environment.What you'll do:Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in compliance with US GAAPManage SaaS revenue recognition under ASC 606Support M&A activities: purchase price accounting and post-acquisition integrationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams across FP&A, Legal, and Ops to ensure audit readiness and scalable processesHelp build a best-in-class accounting function within a lean, high-performing teamWho you are:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in PE-backed environment (must-have)Strong understanding of US GAAP, ASC 606, and SaaS revenue models

What does this position pay?:Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.The expected range for this role is $125,000 to $140,000 per year.
