Critical Care Stepdown RN

Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Hours: 36/week
Weekends: Every other
Unit: 31-bed Critical Care Stepdown unit
EHR: Meditech
Requirements: ADN/BSN, 1 year experience, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Ratios: 1:4–1:5
Skills: Cardiac drips, chest tubes, Baxter IV pumps, occasional epidural pumps
Preferred: Critical Care Stepdown/PCU and TR band experience
Patient Population: Adults/geriatrics; post-vascular, post-CABG, CVA, respiratory failure, heart failure, chest pain/post-cath
Float: Possible to Med Surg, but unlikely
Fit: Kind, respectful, team player, punctual, flexible
