We are seeking a skilled OB/GYN to become part of our well-established, hospital-affiliated team.

• Base Salary: $415,000
• Call Pay: $900 per day
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000

Our Obstetrics & Gynecology department is looking to add another OB/GYN to our thriving practice. Currently, our team consists of four Board Certified OB/GYN physicians and three nurse practitioners. We are interested in candidates who are board certified or in board tracking residency, possessing exceptional clinical abilities, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to achieving high levels of patient and staff satisfaction.

The OB/GYN practice is situated in a modern clinic building that is connected to the hospital via a sky-bridge. Adjacent to the clinic is the Blessing Breast Center, a cutting-edge mammography facility. The hospital provides comprehensive support services for deliveries, newborn care, and gynecological surgeries, including LDR rooms, a high-risk nursery, and both inpatient and outpatient surgical options. Our team benefits from in-house CRNAs and a dedicated Laborist group available 24/7. The call schedule is 1:4, with weekend call at 1:8.

We employ over 250 physicians and advanced practice providers, making us the largest healthcare provider in a region serving over 300,000 residents across West Central Illinois, Northeast Missouri, and Southeast Iowa. Our facilities include Blessing Hospital, a 349-bed regional referral center located in Quincy, Illinois, and Illini Community Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital in Pittsfield, Illinois.
