Associate Attorney - Litigation

Practice Area: Insurance Litigation / Civil Litigation About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join a growing litigation team based in Denver, Colorado. This role offers substantial hands‑on litigation experience, direct case ownership, and meaningful courtroom exposure while working with an established insurance client base. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation capabilities, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to independently manage matters through various stages of litigation. Key Responsibilities Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, dispositive motions, and legal briefs Conduct and defend depositions Manage discovery, case strategy, and client communications Appear in court hearings, mediation's, and trials as needed Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy Maintain high‑quality legal research and writing standards Required Qualifications Active Colorado law license is required 3–7 years of litigation experience preferred Strong experience in deposition handling and dispositive motion drafting Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to independently manage litigation files and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Insurance litigation experience strongly preferred Experience handling complex civil litigation matters Strong courtroom presence and client management skills Competitive compensation package Strong litigation growth and advancement opportunities Direct client interaction and courtroom exposure Opportunity to work with a well‑established insurance client portfolio Collaborative and professional work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
