Be Bright Coffee is growing, and we're looking for kind, motivated, and hospitality-driven baristas to join our team at our Melrose location .
At Be Bright, our goal is to make excellent coffee feel approachable. That starts with the people behind the bar. Our baristas help create a cafe experience that feels welcoming, thoughtful, and bright. Whether they’re making espresso, greeting a regular, cleaning with care, or supporting a teammate during a busy rush.

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $19–$21/hour, depending on experience
