Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) needed for Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility in New Britain, Connecticut. This role involves providing specialized care in a Medically Complex Rehabilitation environment with cardiac monitoring. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position is scheduled for 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, working every other weekend.

• Required Qualifications: RN certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred, 1-2 years of experience, prior travel experience preferred, experience with respiratory/vented patients strongly preferred, and relevant certifications.
• Experience: 1-2 years of RN experience, with emphasis on respiratory/vented patient care.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for IV starts, drips, blood administration, EKGs, medication titrations, glucose monitoring, wound vac changes, complex and simple wound dressings, trach care, suctioning, straight catheter, Foley care, port access, central line dressing, and wound measurements. The candidate's profile must be clear and easy to follow; any issues will be sent back for corrections.
