Our Client is currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and professional Legal Secretary to support their Law practice. Must have strong proofreading and grammatical skills . The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting lawyers, providing administrative, clerical, and client-service support to ensure smooth daily operations for a transactional-based law firm. This role requires strong written and communication skills, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
•Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. 1 Hour Lunch More specific duties may include: Key Responsibilities and Qualifications - Drafting and Proofreading documents for estate planning and successions, Administrative & Office Support • Manage front-desk duties, including answering phones, greeting clients, and handling mail. • Maintain organized filing systems compliant with firm standards. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Maintain an organized and clean workspace, Maintaining attorney's calendar and coordinating meetings, Degree in business, finance, or accounting is a plus. Paralegal certification is a plus, but not required.
Client Support- • Greet and provide positive attitude to clients. • Forward client documents to appropriate partner. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. • Professional demeanor and strong client service attitude. • Ensure confidentiality of all client and firm information, Creating and maintaining client files.
