Practice Info ~ Annual case volume is 2,500 (1,500 GI + 1,000 surgical) ~ Case mix includes General surgery, GI, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic, pain management, ENT, and Pediatric ENT ~1-2 ORs daily ~ Medical direction of 1-2 CRNAs ~ Ambulatory surgery center offering a wide range of services, including orthopedics, ophthalmology, and endoscopy Compensation Per Diem rate: $300/hour Referral bonus of up to $5,000 if hired Benefits ~ Medical professional liability insurance Shift & Schedule ~ Per diem ~ Monday ~8 hours per day Requirements Active PA license Board certified ACLS PALS BLS
