MEP Project Manager

MEP Project Manager We are representing a leading engineering firm seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee projects from conception through completion. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, architects, and stakeholders while ensuring high-quality project delivery that meets budget, schedule, and client satisfaction goals. The role offers the opportunity to work with talented engineers, visionary architects, and forward-thinking owners across multiple markets, including aviation, central/district utilities, data centers, government, higher education, high-tech manufacturing, life sciences, large-scale commercial, and telecommunications. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain strong client relationships throughout all project phases Lead design team planning to ensure timely, on-budget delivery Monitor budgets, track scope, and prepare additional service requests as needed Identify and resolve potential project roadblocks Schedule and conduct site surveys and coordinate field activities Communicate regularly with leadership on documentation and budget status Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, and internal teams Organize and lead key meetings including handoff, kickoff, progress updates, and lessons learned Document and distribute meeting minutes to internal and external stakeholders Approve invoices and oversee project setup in collaboration with production teams Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards Review and coordinate design documents across disciplines before major milestones Schedule quality control reviews and manage timely document issuance Provide performance feedback to department directors Identify and recommend process improvements Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of industry experience, including: 4+ years in the MEP field 3+ years in a project management role within MEP Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering (or higher) Professional Engineering License in Texas, or ability to obtain via NCEES Credentials Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Revit Compensation + Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and holidays Professional development and advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
