From diagnosing and repairing to installing and modifying, your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our operations at their best.Shift Availability:8pm-8am (Level 2 Mechanic)8am-8pm (Level 2 Mechanic)7am-3pm (Level 3 Mechanic)What we offer…Excellent benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401K and more!Ability to earn pay increases and advancement opportunitiesA supportive and inclusive work culture that prioritizes safetyApproved job-related training and tuition reimbursementPaid holidays and paid time offWhat you'll do…Install, diagnose, analyze, maintain, modify, repair and/or rebuild a variety of plant and facility equipmentPerform preventive maintenance tasks, such as checking, cleaning, or repairing equipment to detect and prevent problems to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly and operate efficientlyAssist production personnel in change-over and set-upsDismantle defective machines and equipment to gain access to problem areas or to install new or repaired partsWhat you'll need...Must bring:Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic problems including knowledge of machines and tools, their designs, uses, repair, and maintenanceAbility to obtain and maintain powered industrial truck (PIT) licenseDemonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issuesAbility to read and follow basic blueprints, manuals, and mechanic and electrical schematics, preferredIn addition to the above, Level 2 candidates must bring:Three (3) years' experience performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, or comparable experience with trade school or trainingSpecial knowledge in use of hand-tools and power-toolsMechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot moderately complex problemsUnderstanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, temperature and pressure gaugesProficient in reading and following basic blueprints, manuals, and mechanic and electrical schematicsExperience operating test equipment and/or softwareWorking knowledge of automated controlsAbility to operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), hoists and cranes, and maintain PIT certificationLevel 3 candidates must bring:Five (5) years' experience performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, or comparable experience with trade school or trainingSpecial knowledge in use of hand-tools, power-tools and specialized knowledge in lock-out tag-out (LOTO) and introductory electrical knowledge to include basic wiring principles and basic electrical troubleshootingAbility to perform root cause analysis, compare and investigate information, and recommend and implement resolutionAdvanced mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex problems including knowledge of machines and tools, their designs, uses, repair, and maintenanceAdvanced understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, temperature and pressure gaugesUnderstand manufacturing processes and able to inspect and repair or replace componentsExperience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to modify basic reports, documents and spreadsheets in MS Word, and MS ExcelExperience operating test equipment and/or softwareOverview:Dart makes everyday products that give people the freedom to enjoy the food & drinks they love, wherever they are.
