Golf Caddie Victoria National | Newburgh, IN | 4-6 Days/Week CADDIEMASTER is engaging a Golf Caddie in Newburgh, IN for 4-6 days per week. The role involves supporting golfers, providing first‑class customer service, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds, and assisting with course knowledge. The schedule is expected Tuesday–Sunday. Compensation is approximately between $700 and $1000 per week, depending on availability. Responsibilities Cheerfully engage with golfers and club visitors, delivering first‑class customer service. Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each. Provide course knowledge, calculate yardage, and assist golfers with decisions. Locate errant shots for golfers. Maintain the course and clean clubs and golf balls. Qualifications General golf knowledge; no expert play required. Physically capable of carrying two bags that can weigh up to 35 pounds each while walking the course multiple times a day. Outgoing, customer‑first personality. Previous experience in services such as Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS, or other outdoor or recreational roles is a plus.
