Ironspire is a growing sales and marketing firm based in Salt Lake City, UT. We partner with nationally recognized brands to help drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth. As our company continues to expand, we are actively growing our sales team and preparing to launch into two new markets by the end of this year.
We are looking for motivated, competitive, and sports-minded individuals who are ready to build a career, develop leadership skills, and grow with our organization.
Position Overview
We are currently hiring for an Entry Level Sales Representative position. This is a face-to-face sales role designed for individuals looking to gain real-world business experience while learning the fundamentals of sales, communication, and leadership.
No experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Educate customers on available products and service solutions
- Represent client brands professionally and positively
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Participate in daily sales training and professional development sessions
- Develop strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Compensation:
- Weekly base pay
