Compensation: $16.25-$17.50/hr (based on experience)

Full Time 8:30am-4:30pm | Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Qualifications:

• Previous clerical experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Greet and direct visitors or residents.
• Answer telephone promptly, direct calls and relay appropriate messages timely.
• Typing of documents and letters.
• Responsible for preparing, sorting and distribution of mail.
• Maintains assigned databases to support resident activities and committees.
• Ensures timely notification to appropriate team members of maintenance or emergency calls.
• Provides general clerical support to administrative team.
