Concessions Counter/Stand Worker/RunnerThe Concessions Counter/Stand Worker/Runner is responsible for bringing the order to the cashier to handle to the guest. The stand worker should be comfortable approaching guests to offer services and sell products. In addition, the stand worker must be willing to help fellow co-workers complete tasks.Key areas of responsibility include handling credit card transactions, managing food/order tickets, responding to guest needs, ensuring guest satisfaction, understanding menu offerings, employing safety and sanitation practices, following cash handling and tip reporting guidelines, adhering to company guidelines, completing station set-up and breakdown responsibilities, communicating guest issues to management, following responsible alcohol service policies, and practicing proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.Essential job duties involve standing for long periods, reaching with hands and arms, ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, reacting with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations, demonstrating physical stamina and agility, lifting/moving materials and equipment up to 50 pounds, and moving from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.The ideal candidate will have a desire to gain experience and work in the foodservice or hospitality industry. An outgoing personality is preferred. The candidate should have the ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to providing exceptional experience.
