About This Role The Registered Nurse in the CTICU at Hackensack Meridian Health provides individualized patient care based on evidence-based practices and collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Highlights Location: Neptune, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Part-time, Night shift What You’ll Do Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care. Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members. Administer medications using advanced bar-scanning and documentation technologies. Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically. Provide patient and family-centered education for health optimization. Participate in multi-disciplinary discharging of patients for safe transitions. Requirements Education BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire Experience Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience or participation in the Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency program 2 years of critical care nursing preferred Licenses & Certifications Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license required BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire ACLS preferred Telemetry certification required About Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack Meridian Health is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
