Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to pediatric clients, focusing on early intervention and preschool populations. Deliver treatment in home and school settings to support developmental milestones and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for children from birth to age 5.
• Perform assessments and deliver therapy sessions in home or school environments as scheduled.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy programs accordingly.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to state licensing requirements and clinic policies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with documentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience working with pediatric populations, particularly birth to preschool age.
• Ability to perform home visits and work within school settings.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration abilities.
• Prior experience in early intervention preferred.
• Must be available Monday through Friday, with flexibility for scheduled hours.
