Lutron Ketra has immediate openings on the 8:00am‑4:30pm shift or 9:30am‑6:00pm shift for Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators of all experience levels at our Manufacturing and Distribution facility in Austin, TX. In this position you would be a key part of the Operations team. You will build a career with a high‑tech company working in a hands‑on environment. You will have the opportunity to rotate through multiple departments, gaining exposure to the broad range of equipment, processes, and technologies employed in our operation. Responsibilities Become certified to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (such as electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and forklifts, etc.) Utilize RF technology to perform distribution functions such as picking, packing and shipping orders, receiving, put away and stock replenishment Deliver material to production lines in a timely manner Learn and use our inventory management system and enter materials transactions Work with our supply chain and distribution teams to process customer orders Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent Prior experience operating Powered Industrial Equipment 1 year shipping or receiving experience (preferred) Desire to learn additional warehouse equipment Flexibility to work 1st shift (8:00am-4:30pm shift or 9:30am-6:00pm) and overtime as needed Have a valid Driver’s License Basic math and computer skills Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
