Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit within a short-term acute care facility
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding promptly to changes in patient condition
• Maintain a patient assignment ratio of 1:4
• Document all patient care activities accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Float between units as needed to support staffing and patient care needs
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in an acute care or med/surg setting
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Must submit all requested time-off and scheduling needs prior to or at the time of submission — post-offer RTO requests may not be honored
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (locals may be considered under separate terms)
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a telemetry or acute care setting
• Familiarity with floating between units or sister facilities
• Strong adaptability and flexibility in dynamic hospital environments
