The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and drive team performance. Responsibilities include team training, ensuring food quality, maintaining high standards for food and beverage operations, and achieving sales goals. The manager will also create a positive work culture that supports growth, leadership, and operational excellence. This role exists to provide operational continuity, leadership accountability, and execution of Chick-fil-A standards.
