Location Beverly Hills, CA (On‑site) Job Type Full‑Time Hourly Rate $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience, plus a discretionary year‑end bonus. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries Conduct interviews with potential clients, witnesses, and third parties Screen leads and assist with client sign‑ups Organize new case files, including retainer agreements and supporting documents Conduct market research and assist in lead generation strategies Create and manage online ads (Google, social media, etc.) Support attorneys and staff with various legal administrative tasks Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role Proven intake or lead screening experience in a law firm or high‑call‑volume setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to think critically and solve problems independently Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case management software Knowledge of legal office operations Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Schedule 8‑hour shift Monday to Friday On‑site only — must be able to reliably commute to Beverly Hills #J-18808-Ljbffr Law Office of Shaun Setareh Inc
