Job Title Sanitation – Full Time, Flexible as Needed Department & Shift Sanitation Department – 3rd Shift, Reports to Sanitation Supervisor Company Overview JBS® Pork is a leader in premium pork products designed to provide customers with a superior eating experience each and every time. Responsibilities Properly maintain and sanitize facilities (casings) machinery and equipment for efficient production. Operate heavy equipment. Use proper personal protective equipment effectively. Work hands on at high speed and lift over 50 pounds. Keep work areas clean and follow proper food safety protocols. Adhere to JBS specifications to ensure quality of meat. Stay aware of surroundings and notify a supervisor if a hazard is recognized. Perform various cleaning and sanitation tasks with little supervision, such as scrubbing walls, floors, tables, hallways, etc. Perform various other duties as needed or as assigned. Working Conditions Production and maintenance settings. Exposure to various chemicals, machinery, and knives. Slippery floors, cold temperatures, and loud ambient noise.
