Server AM Restaurant 1

Location: Houston Four Points 1450 N Sam Houston Pkwy E Houston, TX 77032, USA Responsibilities Be a friendly face: arrive on time to set up the restaurant, keep the area clean and attractive throughout the meal period, and perform cleaning duties (floors, tables, buffet, sidework) after closing. Be a host and server: pour water, upsell food & beverage, suggest options, answer questions, remember names or favorite choices, greet guests with a friendly smile, and provide local attraction suggestions. Be a food professional: understand the food and beverage you serve, offer prompt, excellent service, and handle cash/credit accurately and timely. Be a safety & security agent: follow the hotel’s safety and security policies, anticipate problems, and call management when needed. Job Requirements A high school education or equivalent preferred; at least one year of progressive experience in food & beverage and a ServSafe or Tips certification required. Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally or 20 pounds frequently, and perform bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching. Must work under variable temperatures and noise levels, have near vision, stand and walk for long periods, be fluent in English, manage high pressure situations, and multi‑task regularly.
