For us, purpose and people have always come before profit.**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES***(Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following):** Partner directly with business owners across Operations, Finance, Technology, and other functional teams to identify automation and AI opportunities within day-to-day workflows* Design, build, and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and increase speed (e.g., reporting, tracking, reconciliations, and operational processes)* Develop dashboards, tools, and recurring reports that provide business owners with clear visibility into performance, trends, and risks* Leverage AI tools to enhance data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and decision support* Assist in piloting, testing, and scaling automation and AI tools in collaboration with Technology and Data teams* Translate business problems into structured analytical and technical solutions that can be implemented and maintained* Support continuous improvement by monitoring deployed solutions and iterating based on feedback and performance* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS*** Bachelor’s degree in finance or a similar field* 0–1 year of professional experience* Knowledge in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel* Demonstrated interest in or experience using AI and automation tools to improve business processes* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high-quality work on time* High comfort with ambiguity and complex, fast-moving environments* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and professional presence* A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow within the organization**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*** Prior internship or work experience in the financial services or fintech industry* Coursework or certifications in financial analysis, data analytics, or business intelligence* Familiarity with AI/ML tools, prompt engineering, or automation platformsThe expected salary range for this position is between:$72,100.00 - $87,700.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
