Are you passionate about helping patients finally escape the chronic pain loop? Were seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dedicated team focused solely on Sleep Apnea and TMJ/TMD dentistry.
This is not your typical dental role its a rare opportunity to work with a population that is actively seeking relief and transformation. Patients come to us as a last stop in their pain journey, ready for answers, and ready for change. Youll be a key part of that change.
What Youll Do:
Work in a highly specialized clinical environment focusing on appliance therapy, TMJ rehabilitation, and sleep medicine protocols.
Start with a structured apprenticeship under an experienced Sleep & TMJ Doctor shadow, learn, and begin hands-on work with support.
Transition to independent clinical practice as competence grows.
Eventually move to a collections-based compensation model, reflecting your impact and production.
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of assistants, administrators, and external sleep medicine professionals.
Learn proprietary systems, from diagnostics to documentation, and how to work with medical billing and BeamReader submissions.

Youre a Fit If You:
Have a DDS/DMD and are licensed to practice in Virginia.
Are curious and passionate about the neuroscience and biomechanics behind sleep and TMJ dysfunction and/or have grown tired of traditional dentistry and are looking to make a different medical impact without leaving the industry..
Thrive in a structured learning environment, but have the drive to eventually take clinical ownership.
Want a future that looks different from drilling and filling all day and believe theres more dentistry can do for people.
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 Annual
